9.13 Monitoring and evaluation
It is important to develop monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to continually track progress-in terms of both outputs and actual impact, and the effects of advocacy-and then make adjustments to the strategy as necessary. For example, are the objectives of the strategy being achieved, and has the strategy succeeded in bringing about the desired policy change?
